Top irritations of users using public toilets:

1. -When someone didnt flush the toilet 
2. -When there is no toilet paper 
3. -When the whole bathroom smells
4. -When the lock on the stall door is broke so u have 2 hold it ur self or find another one 
5. -The fact that multiple other users used the exact same toilet seat 

This is important and valuable information for ORA Hygiene because these are important insights that can be used to strengthen ORA Hygienes value proposition. As much as the product presents itself as a solution for users, its important for ORA to exceed customer expectations by strengthen the value proposition. ORA should aim to create more of an experience for users using the product rather than just focusing the product on a solution.
