Marketing Research

As any business would need to do, we are doing a Market Research and Strategy report that is due in the next week or two.  This is an important part of business research that we need to complete in order to gain a better understanding of the market in which we are trying to enter.  I believe that an excellent practice run, was that of the group marketing report that we needed to do in Marketing.  I know for ours, we looked at the failed strategies of Virgin Mobile in south Africa.  This at least gives us some insight into what mistakes were made, and how we as a new startup can try and avoid them.
