Shareholders Agreement

Today our group Shareholders Agreement was due.  The process of compiling our Shareholders Agreement was much easier than we thought with regards to the group agreeing and contractional points being clearly specified.  Although many believe in the goodness of others, a shareholders agreement is required as a formalised agreement between people that also provided tight rules and conditions that everyone has agreed to, and this is what will guide the decisions made regarding the campany and the business.
