Month AHEAD

After taking the experiences from the week its important took look at key areas for the next step for the product development. These include a brand development, developing prototype for marketplace and pricing. 

One key learning that I have learned from the whole expririecne is that things don't go the way you plan them. What I mean by this is how we planned to make so much money during the 1st and 2nd Cake Sale but didn't. The business always projects to make a profit but in reality chances of that actually happening  are very low. Going into this month, I'm going to be as realistic and practical as possible to strengthen the team and achieve what many think is impossibe.
