The product theory has come quite a way, we know what we want and how to do it, but its the finer deatails that we are still needing to work out. Things like the material used, the type of packaging , and especially branding. All of these thing would contribute to the customers first impression of the product, and a first impression is extremely hard to redo.
We are wanting the customer to be satisfied with the product, while the company still trying to keep costs as low as possible inorder to try and sell the product for a lower price and yet still make a profit off the product.
