Meeting with Stuart

Possibly the most important challenge thing to highlight from the meeting today is the production process that seems to be taking longer than it is supposed to.

•   Slow progress in recent weeks, we’re are not at the stage we set out to be

•   Problem with the dimensions – the size of the final dimensions was incorrect and have not been fixed yet

•   The material will be changed due to consultations with prospective customers. It will be a paper towel material.

•   Suppliers based in Joburg – we have been unable to find suppliers in Cape Town for the paper towel material and have been referred to options in Joburg. 

Possible solutions to combat problem would be to find other suppliers elsewhere because other groups within the course are in their production phases. I feel that the suppliers are holding ORA Hygienes potential back because nothing seems to moving forward.
